Verification (of an action)
Definition
Verification is rerunning the same observation set after a change and comparing the result with the earlier baseline.
Why it matters
It answers whether the action moved the measure it targeted, using the same method that found the problem.
Example
Citation rate is measured before a page change, then again after AI platforms have had time to pick it up.
How BrandWater AI measures it
